L. Peter Ryan
A graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara (B.A. Business Economics 1982) and the University of San Diego School of Law (J.D. 1985), Pete's practice focuses on real estate litigation and transactions, including commercial, industrial and residential matters. He has extensive trial experience in landlord-tenant matters, representing landlords in all types of litigation including unlawful detainers and premises liability. He began his career negotiating complex retail leases for the Ernest Hahn Company in San Diego, one of the country's largest shopping center developers. He also handles construction litigation and transactions and general business and commercial litigation.
An avid golfer and competitive triathlete, Pete has two children, Eleanore and William, and resides in San Francisco.
