Andjana A. Pachkova
Andjana Pachkova is an attorney in the Business Law Group. Andjana has substantial experience across various industries in initial entity formation, obtaining financing, advising on exit strategies. Andjana provides counsel to clients in all areas of business, from constituent contracts of an entity to financing, securities filing, licensing. Andjana represented clients in M&A transactions, including cross-border ones, with transaction sizes varying from $500 MM to $20 MM, in various industries, including financial services, technology, wine-making industry, insurance and engineering. She also worked on several large IPOs and co-wrote an IPO guidebook with Steven Bochner (2006). Prior to joining MBV Law, Andjana practiced with Dewey & LeBoeuf, LLP, formerly known as LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP in New York and Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati P.C. in Palo Alto.
Andjana is admitted to the California and New York bars and is a member of the American Bar Association.
Andjana speaks Russian, Spanish and Ukrainian. In her free time, Andjana enjoys hiking with her young son and her husband and continues practicing painting when an opportunity presents itself.
