Thomas S. Lee
Thomas Lee joined MBV in the Fall of 2007; his practice includes corporate and general business matters.
Tom received his J.D. from the Yale University Law School in 2000. In 1996, he earned his B.A., summa cum laude, in History from Columbia College, Columbia University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Tom began his legal experience in New York as a corporate associate at Davis, Polk & Wardwell, where he specialized in securities matters; he was also a corporate associate in the New York office of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where he advised a wide array of clients on corporate transactions. Most recently, he negotiated and drafted resale agreements for the legal department of Cisco Systems, Inc.
Tom is also a writer of short fiction whose work has been published in a number of national literary journals.
