Mark A. Depaco
Mark DePaco joined MBV in the Spring of 2004; his practice includes commercial real estate, corporate and general business matters.
Mark received his J.D. from the University of Southern California School of Law, during which he interned at the Motion Picture Legal Affairs offices of 20th Century Fox Film Corporation. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles.
Mark began his legal experience as a business and real estate associate at Hatch and Parent; he was a corporate associate in the Southern California offices of Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth and was most recently counsel for 02 Wireless, Inc., where he represented Metro PCS on a broad range of real estate, corporate, telecommunications and regulatory matters.
