- Obtained a binding arbitration award successfully defending an employer sued for wrongful termination by a former manager, which included judgment for the employer on a cross-claim for advances and loans made to the former manager.
- Obtained summary judgment for a Fortune 500 Company in a case for Wrongful Termination in Violation of Public Policy brought by a former in-house attorney.
- Achieved “no probable cause” rulings from the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the federal EEOC in claims of employment discrimination.
- Settled sexual harassment lawsuits brought or threatened against high level executives, including the founder and CEO of two of the companies, on favorable terms.
- Assisted clients in navigating the complex reasonable accommodation of disability cases.
- Advised clients on employee performance and disciplinary matters, terminations, and reductions in force.
- Advised clients on furlough, pay reduction and layoff issues.
