MBV is legal counsel to TPC Stonebrae and is proud to be a sponsor of the Fresh Express Classic.   MBV is celebrating 26 years as trusted business and litigation counsel to companies and individuals in San Francisco and the Bay Area.  We have a strong commitment to public service in the community and are committed to helping The Classic in obtaining their goal of raising $250,000 for Bay Area charities that service economically disadvantaged individuals and families.  The Fresh Express Classic donates 100% of the tournament net proceeds to Bay Area nonprofit organizations. Kerosene Lamp Foundation
Adonal Foyle’s West Coast Birthday Bash

MBV Law joined 150 Kerosene Lamp Foundation (KLF) supporters for Adonal Foyle’s West Coast Birthday Bash and raised over $7,500 for KLF programs. The event was hosted by Adonal Foyle and special guests included Ryan Anderson, Patrick Ewing and Jason Richardson.

The mission of the Kerosene Lamp Foundation is to empower youth to grow into healthy and well-educated adults. KLF was founded in 2003 by Adonal Foyle, a native of St. Vincent & the Grenadines and professional basketball player. KLF uses basketball as a bridge to the next generation, promoting education and health awareness, providing free basketball clinics and building/refurbishing basketball courts. The name “Kerosene Lamp” refers to the lighting used by Adonal to study on an island without electricity, and symbolizes his mission to brighten the futures of today’s youth. Bay Area Food and Beverage Fair

The firm is a founding sponsor of the Bay Area Food and Beverage Fair, an annual event at which early stage food and beverage companies are invited to offer investment opportunities to angel and institutional investors.
